Radio-Coteau Neblina Pinot Noir 2013 Sonoma Coast - K. Laz Wine Collection
Eric Sussman, winemaker and vintner for Radio-Coteau has been making varietally pure, site-specific Pinot Noirs from both Anderson Valley and Sonoma Coast for over ten years. Neblina (Spanish for fog) has been and continues to be one of my favorite Radio-Coteau offerings each vintage. This 2013 comes from the far reaches of five of Sonoma Coast's goldridge soil vineyards and is starting to show its potential with a nose of briary fruit and earthy tones. "The wine is round, juicy, with dark berry fruit, tobacco leaf and forest floor notes, medium body and soft tannins. It should drink nicely for at least 7-10 years." - Wine Advocate.
