Le Artishasic Rose 2015 Amador County

2015 marks the inaugural vintage for this single vineyard rose. Le Artishasic is 66% Grenache 33% Mourvedre and 1% Syrah sourced from just sixteen rows of the famous Shake Ridge Ranch Vineyard located at the base of the Sierra Foothills. Arti Johnson’s dedication to quality and structure is exemplified in his use of whole cluster press, barrel fermentation and barrel aging. His goal of producing a wine capable of transporting you to another place is beautifully executed in this show-stopping rose.  We highly recommend trying a few bottles!

“Aromas of strawberry blossom, yellow melon, and rose petal. Minerality expressed as crushed rock blended with hints of shaved cantaloupe fill out the mid-palate. Finishes with soft bing cherry, white peaches, and wild strawberry. The 2015 vintage did not undergo "cold stabilization", and will reveal natural pink tartrates (crystals) upon chilling.”
