GallicaEstate Rosé 2020- Special Priced 3-Pack

This is a seriously delicious, thirst-quenching Rosé. Just released and ready for the warm months ahead, this 2020 release from Rosemary Cakebread is exactly what we look for in a great Rosé. Comprised of predominately Petite Sirah and Cabernet Sauvignon, it is refreshing, dry, and crisp with vibrant notes of white peach and citrus fruit. They also explained to us when we met them last week that this is a Rosé made with intention from their own vineyards planted circa 1953 and 1990 and made in the old-fashioned way- with whole clusters gently pressed to create the pale salmon pink hue we love. 80 cases were produced. 

Before venturing on her own to launch Gallica, Rosemary Cakebread was the winemaker at Spottswoode for over ten years, producing some of their best vintages.
