EhrlichOakville Cabernet Sauvignon 2021- Special Priced 3-Pack
Debut vintage alert! Located on the valley floor in the Oakville AVA, Ehrlich Vineyard is, simply put, in the heart of the Napa Valley. When Patricia and Cliff Ehrlich first started visiting Napa Valley in 1967, a visitor's map featured ten wineries, with eight of them open for tasting. Years later in the late 1990s, they decided to establish their presence in the valley and acquired a ten-and-a-half-acre property in Oakville. Since then, the vineyard has been quietly cultivating esteemed Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for renowned wineries. The vineyard is divided into three distinct blocks. The grapes for this wine were carefully selected from Block C, located at the north end of the property, and planted in 2017. This block benefits from ample sunlight exposure throughout the day, gravely fine Pleasanton loam soil, and its proximity to the Napa River water table. This marks the inaugural vintage for the Ehrlichs, crafted by the legendary winemaker, Paul Hobbs. The wine "offers delightful aromas of blueberry and raspberry compote on the nose, accompanied by warm spice, cedar, and graphite notes on the palate. It is beautifully balanced and well-structured, with a long and enjoyable finish." A total of 250 cases were produced.
