Edge Hill'Mixed Blacks' Red 2016- Special Priced 3-Pack

This 2016 is one of the most unique, delicious Reds coming out of Napa Valley today. Edge Hill was considered one of the finest wine estates in Napa Valley until it ceased production in 1907. Inspired by this legacy, Leslie Rudd of Rudd Estate, restored this historic property in St. Helena and is now handcrafting a limited production of select wines, using exceptional grapes from heritage vineyard sites. This 2016 is a blend of Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Mourvèdre, Carignan and Grenache. Inky and deep in color, “the aromatics flower in the glass with fresh fruit and spicy notes. From the Zinfandel and Carignane, a fragrant, sweet floral aromatic is accompanied with peppery notes of Petite Sirah, along with the roasted, secondary notes of Mourvèdre. With fine-grained tannin and medium density, the wine has a delicious drinkability now, with a potential to age 4-5 years. 228 cases were produced.
