Bryant'Bryant Family Vineyard' Cabernet Sauvignon 2012- Library Offering

We recently revisited this wine alongside the latest releases and witnessed the wine take on a new dimension after first being poured in the glass. The aromas and fruit were immediate, accompanied by nuanced secondary notes that only emerge with age. Given time to breathe, the Cabernet gained even more depth and precision. As always, this library offering is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from their meticulously farmed 13-acre estate vineyard. At 900 to 1,200 feet above Lake Hennessey, the vineyard’s varied terrain fosters complexity, enriching the wine’s depth and character. 2012 was a generous vintage immediately upon release is drinking well now.
Bryant Estate stands as a Napa Valley icon, renowned for its excellence and dedication to quality. From its esteemed Pritchard Hill vineyard to its legacy of sought-after wines, it remains a benchmark of greatness. Now debuting its 30th vintage—2022—it continues to captivate collectors, proving that true excellence is a lasting legacy.
Bettina Bryant has been the driving force behind this evolution, honoring the foundation her late husband, Don, built while elevating Bryant Estate to new heights of consistency and quality—both in the vineyard and in the bottle. One of her most impactful decisions was bringing back former assistant winemaker KK Carothers, entrusting her with the independence and support to lead the winemaking team. Since the 2019 vintage, the wines have become even more precise, expressive, and a true reflection of this special corner of Napa Valley. Below are the new releases available today.
