BarbourCabernet Sauvignon 2023

Winemaker Celia Welch has made an outstanding vintage of Barbour. While many know of Jim Barbour as one of the best viticulturists behind celebrated wineries such as Hundred Acre, Grace Family, Keever, and Blankiet, Barbour Vineyards has held a special place in our hearts since its inception, originally crafted by Heidi Barrett. Since Celia took the helm in 2009, Jim has expanded his estate with a new vineyard in St. Helena, situated next to Abreu Capella just west of town. This remarkable wine is the culmination of both vineyard sites, showcasing silky, integrated tannins that beautifully frame layers of dark red fruit and cocoa-dusted Cabernet. Composed entirely of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, only 329 cases were produced.
