Teeter-Totter Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 Napa Valley

Friend and winemaker Benoit Touquette is onto something great with his own Teeter Totter brand. His efforts with his Fait Main label are exceptional as is his winemaking at Realm and Kata, but this is his workhorse, fun wine project that brings great wine at an even better price to the table. Having unlimited access to some of the best fruit in the valley, Benoit has concocted another vintage of Teeter Totter Cabernet. Benoit explains his 2014 best by saying, "Our bold, dark magenta Cabernet brings it with a one-two punch of fresh blackberry and mocha, served up with a slice of warm raspberry pie. Subtler notes of thyme, violet, lavender, pomegranate and smoke keep you on your toes, and nominate this wine as your new Grill Night go-to. A handful of warm spices rounds out the palate with aromatic intrigue, and plumps up the lingering red fruit finish."
