Gentleman Farmer is a partnership between Scott Tracey (Sommelier of La Toque restaurant) and Joey Wolosz, which began in 2005. Both have strong backgrounds in the restaurant industry so it comes of no surprise that they have produced a style of wine that is exceptionally food friendly. This is a must-buy Cabernet blend because of its price relating to quality. Rich with decadent notes of black fruit and smoked meats, vanilla and a little bittersweet chocolate, this wine fills the glass and warms the heart. We believe this wine will drink beautifully over the text ten years. This Red is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot and only 220 cases were produced.
