Dana Estates'Onda' Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

This 2015 Onda from Dana Estates comes from their single estate vineyards– Crystal Springs Vineyard, Hershey Vineyard on Howell Mountain and Lotus Vineyard. Since their inception, Philippe Melka has been the head of the winemaking team and each year, has released wines of substance and longevity. Notes of black cherry, cocoa and baking spice carry onto the palate with a silky texture and notes of cassis, violet and crushed mineral notes. It is full-bodied with integrated tannins.
