Blankiet Estate Prince of Hearts Red 2013Yountville

We just tasted this last week and really enjoyed this Estate blend of predominately Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. It is a great representation of Yountville west bench and offers dark red fruit notes with baking spice and well integrated tannins. The mouthfeel is plush but smooth. There is no estate Napa Valley Red at this price point that delivers like this new Blankiet offering.
