Abreu Vineyards is by far one of the best producers coming out of California today. Coming from the viticulture side, David Abreu farms his vineyards meticulously and their wines show it. Thorevilos Vineyard is located behind Meadowood Resort in St. Helena and is co-owned by David and Ric Forman. It is a steep, hillside vineyard that offers great drainage throughout the vineyard and incredible complexity in the bottle. “The 2014 Thorevilos is one of the most sensual, polished young wines I can remember tasting off this site.
